Please sign up by 1:45 pm the day you will attend.
**Only one person per slot** unless you have agreed to come together. If that's the case, enter both of your names (e.g., "Jane D. & John R.") in one slot.
When it's time for your appointment, please knock and poke your head in the door to let me know you're there, even if another person is inside.
