IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW ALL OF THE RULES BELOW, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED!
To Sign-up, please follow the following steps:
1. List your "Name" (Full Name) and UC campus email in the appropriate fields.
2. In the "Leave a comment" box please list: Project name and 1 sentence description of your project.
3. Immediately email Phillip Denny, pdenny@berkeley.edu, to confirm your meeting and provide an explanation of why you want to meet with the advisor. (Note -- The advisor should have expertise in an area that you or your project need support.)
Once your appointment is confirmed you will receive an email with a Zoom link for your meeting.
*Appointments are scheduled on a first-come-first-serve basis.
