    Thursday - Need help with setting up the booths and gymnasium
    Friday - Will need help with sushi preparation from 9am - noon and from 12:30 - 2:30 for Noodle Bites
    Friday - Will need help with booth and gym preparation, Cutting Veggies for Chow Mein
    Monday - will need help putting things back where they belong, including the items in the kitchen
