Kinder-Whales: Spring 2016 Parent-Teacher Conferences

Dear Kinder-Whale Families,

Spring parent teacher conferences are optional for students who are making satisfactory progress (blue letter sent home) and mandatory for students who need additional support (pink form sent home) in meeting Kindergarten standards by the end of the school year. Spring conference dates are from March 9th-March 11th. If you would like to opt out of spring conferences, please sign and return the yellow form (from Fall conferences) by Tuesday, March 8th.

If you would like to meet with me, please use this online form to schedule your parent-teacher conference by no later than Friday, March 4th, 2015. Simply click on JOIN below and enter in parent's name/child's name and Email [Example: King Triton (father)/Ariel (daughter)]. You may also leave a comment if there is any additional information that you would like to share with me.

REQUEST FOR A TRANSLATOR:
If you would like to request a translator, please leave a comment specifying the language spoken. If you would like to bring your own translator, please indicate that you will be doing so by also leaving a comment.

IMPORTANT:
Once you have signed up, you will receive a confirmation email from me as a reminder of your scheduled conference date and time. All confirmation emails will be sent out by Monday, March 7th.

RESCHEDULING CONFERENCES:
If you'd like to reschedule your conference time for any reason, please DO NOT sign up for another time slot. Instead, please email me ASAP at vlorenzana@musd.org with your request to reschedule along with your availability (preferred date and time), and I will do my best to accommodate you!
