Oxford Inn Dinner Ministry

The Oxford Inn Dinner Ministry provides a monthly meal to the men residing at the Catholic Charities Homeless Shelter. We provide the men with a hearty homecooked meal typically on the 3rd Sunday of the month. Approximately one week prior to the event we send an email to the volunteers announcing the event and providing the specific details. Individuals sign up for the various tasks below. Anyone preparing food will use the disposable pans that we will place in the entry area of the church. All the food should be delivered to the Bishop Harrison Center Kitchen no later than 1:00pm on Sunday. In the event that the doors are locked t the BH Center, please place your item in the refrigerator (not the freezer) in the entryway of the Church. Please label your item.
Volunteers working in the kitchen should arrive by the designated times. Volunteers that will be delivering the food and serving the men should arrive at the kitchen by 5:15pm.
