Viva Las Vegas! Auction Volunteer Sign-Up

Annunciation Live and Silent Auction is May 14th, 2016! There are activities leading up to and following the event across several days. We are so grateful for everyone's help in making this important fundraiser for the school a success.

	Friday Set Up main set up times 2pm-8pm child care avail beverages and pizza provided	Saturday Set Up if needed, would be between 8-11am ideally	Auction Event Helpers- Live Auction Spotters (looking for live auction bid numbers raised in the crowd) 8-9pm	Auction Event Helpers- Selling Heads or Tails beads - short shifts 5:30-8 pm during silent auction in gym.
