MLK Day of Service - Monday, January 17, 2022
Join us for a day of service on January 17th as we honor the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr
Below you will find more information on the projects for each site and how to RSVP. Transportation will be provided. Volunteers will receive more information via email closer to the service date.
Seedlings for Civil Rights – Volunteers will green up Eagle Nest Park and the surrounding trails by planting, mulching, and removing litter and debris. Mustard Seed of Central Florida – Volunteers will be working on a variety of projects including mattress recycling, warehouse organizing, and sorting to help their Seed Boutique and community shop. Volunteers should expect to be able to lift 10 – 40 pounds. This project will be from leaving from Rollins at 12:30pm and returning around 4:30pm.
